WARRANTY

Limited Lifetime Warranty. Supplier warrants to the original end-user of its products that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Supplier warrants to the original end-user of its products that products that are damaged during use will be replaced only after inspection. The supplier will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials only. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by the supplier on an exchange basis and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If the supplier is unable to repair the product, a replacement will be sent of equal or greater value. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover any damage to any product that results from improper installation, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, repair, or modification. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to improper installations of products that result in the peeling or snapping of products. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to any products on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated, or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand, or has been resold contrary to applicable law. This limited lifetime warranty covers only repair or replacement for defective products. Supplier is not liable for and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with removing or installing supplier’s products. The customer must provide proof of purchase at the time of claim in order to activate the LLW. The supplier reserves the right to change the terms of the limited lifetime warranty at any time and without prior notice.

For returns contact customer service to start a claim. No returns will be accepted without approval from CS team.

Not Approved Policy- MUTE will retain $200 as a restocking fee and the additional funds will be returned.

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.the-mute.com, and The Mute and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy  Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to The Mute include www.themute.com and Mute.  The Mute website is an e-commerce site. By using the Mute website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

  If you purchase Mute’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
